CAREERS
WELCOME

Let’s Connect the World — Together.

If you aspire to work in a role that connects people and the world, we warmly welcome you.
Global Hub Japan operates across Japan and Malaysia, developing four core areas of work:
study abroad, English education, career support, and volunteer programs.
We value challenge and growth, and continue to create new learning opportunities and meaningful value in an ever-changing global society.
We are now looking for like-minded individuals who are ready to take on the challenge of connecting the world with us.

MESSAGE

What matters most to us is not your skills or experience —
it is your purpose.

Our Mission states our commitment clearly: to connect the world through communication to foster a global mindset and a more peaceful future.

Behind these words lies a sincere wish to build a society where people can understand one another beyond borders and cultures.

To bring this vision to life, we act every day guided by our Five Minds (core values).

Having the courage to take on challenges. Showing care and respect for others. Never stopping the pursuit of learning.
And carving out the future with our own hands.
What we create is not simply a “study abroad service.” We create opportunities for people to connect with the world.

We truly look forward to meeting new team members who share this vision and are eager to build the future together.

COO & Senior Manager

Saki Amemiya

SAKI AMEMIYA

After graduating from a university in the U.S., I built my career in a global pharmaceutical company and as an interpreter/translator before following my passion for education. Spending a decade as a certified teacher at a Tokyo metropolitan high school, where I supported students in pursuing their dreams and career paths, remains a cornerstone of my professional journey.
Currently, as Senior Manager, I leverage my background in English coaching and counseling to oversee a wide range of operations—including negotiating partnerships with overseas universities, spearheading new business development both in Japan and abroad, and leading HR and organizational development.
What makes our company truly special is our agility and transparency, which you won’t often find in large corporations. There is immense fulfillment in seeing your ideas take shape instantly and contribute directly to our growth. If you are looking to balance a passion for education with the fast-paced nature of business, I am confident that this is the perfect stage for your next challenge.

This is a workplace where you can truly express your ideas. In weekly meetings, we openly discuss how we work and share ideas on how to improve things—many of which lead directly to real changes and new initiatives.
The CEO often recognizes individual strengths and encourages us to take on roles we might not have realized suited us. That trust is incredibly motivating.
I joined the company as a new graduate, and I find great fulfillment in supporting students through the life-changing challenge of studying abroad.
Because Malaysia study abroad is still a growing field, there are many opportunities to learn and grow together. I hope you’ll join us in taking on new challenges.

From the CEO to every team member, the atmosphere here is warm and welcoming.
Receiving direct words of gratitude from students and witnessing their growth through study abroad is the most rewarding part of my work.
In addition to daily operations such as enrollment procedures, there are many chances to try new initiatives—often sparked by a simple “Why don’t we try this?”
Regardless of seniority, everyone’s opinions are valued. Some members become managers within just a few years of joining.
The company also offers flexible working styles, including remote work and paid leave, creating an environment where each individual is truly respected.

I originally studied abroad in Malaysia through Global Hub Japan, where I experienced not only language study but also an internship.
After returning to Japan, I joined the company as an intern during my senior year of university and then entered as a new graduate.
The fast-paced nature of a venture company makes it exciting—you can quickly test ideas you believe will make things better.
After taking maternity and childcare leave, I was able to return to work smoothly thanks to the company’s understanding and support.
Because I genuinely love Malaysia, I want to share its appeal with as many people as possible. I hope you’ll consider joining us.

Study Abroad Support Staff

Supporting students who are studying abroad keeps me busy, but it is incredibly fulfilling work.
In weekly team meetings, we can freely share ideas regardless of tenure, and sometimes a simple “That sounds good” leads directly to action.
Rather than being bound by rigid rules, internal systems are continuously updated to improve how we work.
Team members maintain a healthy balance—focused during work, relaxed during breaks.
There is also strong understanding around parenting, making it easy to consult about sudden schedule changes and continue working comfortably.
